「The hotel is a bit old, but clean, staff friendly. Pet fee is the highest we have paid ( $65 ). The breakfast was great ( used real eggs ), but otherwise very much like most. The dining area could be larger, we had to take our plates back to the room. This is a very convenient location ( walking distance ) to the Los Alamos History Museum. 」

「Because I had never visited Los Alamos when the booking said the place was located in Downtown I had envisioned a more traditional urban city center and not such a small village. But that's on me. As for the Canyon Inn itself it was centrally located, clean and relatively quiet. I also wasn't quite expecting the room to be a extra room in someone's residence but it was spacious and more comfortable than I thought it would be. The owners were friendly but not intrusive.
