Very convenient at Jeju dt. Great location, near to the lotte duty free mall, and multiple choices for public transportation, easy to go to everywhere.

In Jeju city very close to airport. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were not very friendly (no smile or even acknowledgement from reception staff), and also could not speak English. Breakfast buffet provided but nearly all Korean with little vegetarian options apart from the bread.

Value for money

Very comfortable stay, wish we stayed longer. Great location in Jeju City near to food options and LotteMart, and only 7min taxi to airport. Value for money.

Thomas ( his English name) was great from the time he picked us up at the airport, helped us in finding a rental van and communicating with the driver in our behalf. His demeanor was excellent and I love that he was always smiling and very eager to help us in all our needs. Our group of 5 travelers were very happy with his customer service skills! We give 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Daily cleaning of the room & replenish the bottled drinks, & towels, etc. Counter staff recommend good eat ing places. Dislikes - temp in room very stuffy, opened window to ventilate & mosquitoes flew in via netting. Near main road - traffic noise.

Property has no consistent hot water running to 4th and 5th floor. Water will be luke warm and then ice cold. Property was fully booked and staff was not able to resolve this issue. Another room booked on the 3rd floor was fine. When I ask the hotel to reimburse fee for one room, they declined although the basic needs of the room was not met. Would not recommend this hotel as there’s a good chance you may not be able to take a shower. Save your money as there are plenty other options available.

트리플베드가 편리한 친절한 호텔!!

제주에 늦게 도착해서 제주공항과 가까운 곳으로 예약했는데 만족합니다. 매우 친절하고 여러가지 주변 식당 등에 대한 추천도 받고, 침구도 가볍고 푹신해서 맘에 들었어요. 트리플베드가 흔하지 않은데 큰 사이즈로 트리플베드가 있어서 너무 편하게 1박했어요!

대체로 만족스러웠습니다.

조금 추워서 전화했더니 바로 온풍기 갖다줘서 편하게 지냈습니다. 깨끗하고 직원분들은 친절했어요. 욕조가 넓어서 시원스러웠습니다. 3박 편안하게 지냈습니다. 조식도 맛있었어요. 발에 물집이 잡혔는데 필요한 약 등을 다 갖다주며 최대한 도움을 주려해서 고마웠습니다.

위치와 시설에 대한 기대보다는 아쉬움과 실망이 컸던 경험

프랜차이즈로 운영하는 앰버 그룹 회원 호텔로 근처에 같은 이름의 다른 회원 호텔들이 여러 개가 있으니 예약할 때 정신을 바짝 차려야 함. 교통이나 거리 면에서 위치가 나쁘지 않은 편이지만, 외국 관광객을 상대로 한 저가 여행용 숙식 및 유흥 시설들이 주변에 많고 길거리가 어수선함. 호텔 내부 인테리어와 객실 내 시설은 대충 갖추고 있는데, 고장(에어컨용 리모콘), 오작동(인터넷 연결 전화기 시간/알람 설정), 안전(시설물 배치), 청결(커피 메이커 내부 청소), 고객 관리(로비 내 소란) 등 여러 분야에 걸친 운용 노하우 부족으로 투숙객의 불쾌감이나 불만족을 자아내고 이에 대한 직원의 반응이 어설픔. 경영이나 운영 실력이 부족한 책임자가 신경써야 같은 그룹에서 안 쫒아낼 듯. 가성비 신경쓰는 단기 출장이나 단체 여행용.
