We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. They were nice enough to give few add ons for free. The resort was may be 25 % occupied and they could have given us a better room, but they gave us a room which was...

「Room was so bright with outside deck and intermittent car lights from parking lot. Property is run down and a mess. Bathroom had 4 lights over the mirror with 2 of them burned out. A box of Kleenex would have been a luxury. There was a dead bug in the medicine cabinet. You could clearly hear everything in the adjoining rooms. 」
