「Nice, Clean & Luxury.」

「I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. 「Très belle séjours dans cet hôtel, personnelle très proche de moi et ma famille pendant l'accueil du receptionist je me suis senti entouré de ma famille, l'idée d'ajouter l'option petit déjeuner c'était une très bonne idée parce qu'il y'avait de tout les couleurs à manger et à volontés, la propreté n'ont parlons pas, pour le dernier jours ils vous laisse le temps de partir sans qu'ils vous mettent la pression mieux que les autres hôtels dans la Mecque et medine qu'ils n'étaient pas à la hauteur...

「The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". 「It's a nice hotel. Very new and very stylish. However, their breakfast service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in checking on the guests, and also forgot requests made by guests. The breakfast area was clean, comfortable and spacious. The cut fruits were delicious - amongst the best I have had in a long time. But other breakfast items were very average. Surprisingly, their in-room dining service was excellent. Their UmAli dessert is a must-try. Special shout out to Mohamed...
