「The host was lovely, the welcome was friendly and they were super helpful during our stay. The hotel is close to Caen Centre, a short walk to sights and restaurants so very convenient. The rooms are a little small but very clean and comfortable. We would stay again」

「The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.」

「The property overall has a child friendly lobby. The breakfast is decent. The room size was okay. The only issue is the cleaning crew was not diligent to make sure that the hand soap dispenser is out. As well, I noticed that they do not clean the floor of the toilet room, which was separated from the bathroom.」

「The food was simply amazing (1 Star Michelin). Breakfast was self serve and with a wide variety of food options. The building itself is under a bit of renovation for the spa however.」
