「I booked for 6 nights but only stayed 5 nights. I checked out before 12:00 noon on May 7, and I have been unable to contact your customer service. Please hurry up and modify my order and issue a bill and send it to me by email, and then refund the payment for one night. Please help me, thanks.」
「Horrible condition overall. Staff not much help (smoking outside), so had to interact with digital display. Dated, dirty, mold in bath tub that doesn’t stop dripping, doors that don’t lock, and dirty/old mattresses stacked out back. One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in.」
