If I could give this poor excuse for a lodging facility a negative score, I would. The entire facility is dirty and ill-kept. The person at the reception desk was dismissive and disrespectful. The entire facility is filthy including the room we occupied. There is ample evidence that the staff is poorly trained and (probably) understaffed as well. The ice bucket in our room was half-full of water, indicating that it had not been emptied of ice-melt and properly dried. There was a half-filled bottle of complimentary shampoo in the room, indicating that it was likely left over from the patron occupying the room the previous night. The bulk shampoo and conditioner dispensers were not secured to the shower enclosure, so they fell to the floor of the shower when we attempted to use them. The ice machine in the lobby was not working and the second ice machine was inadequate to meet the demands of the patrons. It was necessary for us to carry all our luggage to the room because there was no luggage cart supplied by the facility. Upon arriving in the lobby in the morning to partake of the advertised breakfast, we were told that it consisted of "breakfast bars." We were told that "the breakfast food order hadn't arrived yet and its arrival was expected "in the afternoon," which would be well beyond the deadline for checkout even if we did wish to stay and wait for it. We found this to be exceedingly poor inventory management and represented a calloused breach of contract,
