「Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. 「The staff was amazing! The hotel was incredibly clean and the breakfast area was so cool! Yogurt out of a spigot (not the frozen kind like ice cream, actual yogurt) and you could pour pancake batter in a machine and it spits out pancakes! And I’m not confusing it with the waffle machine! 「The staff were wonderful! Toni, who worked the breakfast every morning was so hard-working and so friendly! It was a nice variety for the breakfast that always had an egg and a meat offered, and the spinach egg bake was wonderful! They also offered a variety of different fruits and yummy muffins that changed out as soon as they ran out and as soon as something was empty, it was filled immediately! 「Absolutely loved it here! The room was clean, housing keeping came by to bring fresh towels. It is walking distance from the beach and local restaurants. It is also super close to the shopping outlets! I wish the pool was bigger but I would definitely book again!」

「It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with not having very hot water - more lukewarm to cold. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Convenient to everything.」
