「The stay was pretty good. However about 1am the fire alarm went off and scared my baby so bad he couldn't go back to sleep and the next night he was afraid to go to sleep. I brought it to the front desk attention and got nothing. Besides that the stay was fine」

「Was not expecting to pay for towels. This is more for people to stay extended periods of time, as lots of people were cooking in their rooms and had the doors open. It’s smelled like fried food everytime we came out. In an area that is close to places to shop and eat though. Lady at the front desk was very nice. If you came in after 10 and left your key, there would be no one there to help you get in.」

「Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

「Over all our stay was good. We were traveling from Orlando to Arizona and decided to stay in miamar for a beach day. Our room had a very weird smell to it but we got in so late that we just dealed with it. Maybe a carpet change is needed in the hallway and rooms. Smelled like cheese pizza. Staff was okay, not overly friendly yet not rude.」
