We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. "Check in after arrival was easy, the reception staff friendly and helpful at all times, the concierge helpful regarding sites to visit and directing me to places, though some places can be reached by walking instead of taxi (surely after respecting certain precautions, i.e. ladies leave your Gucci bags and diamonds at home) but I think it is just a safety first policy by the hotel. I did not encounter any lapses with the house keeping as I had read at some other rating websites and found them...

"It was a nice stay, there were some good restaurants and cafes nearby."

"The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5"
