Not clean room and dusty.

The hotel room is very unclean. Too many dust both inside room and especially in balcony. Bathroom is also not clean.

Spacious and clean room, attentive staffs, breakfast is so so though. Very easy to get from the highway.

New hotel, good rooms, needs improvement

The hotel itself is fairly new and rooms are in good condition. Didn't like the smell of cigarettes that seemed to be in hallway and room. No bar fridge in room. No hotel information book in room. No room service even though room service button on phone. Wanted to charge us half the room rate for a late check-out after our wedding night which didn't strike me as great customer service. Otherwise room fairly spacious and clean. Pool good. Breakfast good mixed selection of western and Indonesian buffet. Bit rough charging around 100k for am instant coffee and cup of tea on checkout.
