Stay could have been better.
Would have been very good, if i was given a non smoking room as booked in advance. Reasons provided was no other non smoking room available, when was available during booking and payment made.

Ordered room service at 7.30pm had to call twice to follow up before arrive at 11.30pm. Terrible didnt offer any compensation for the waiting.

Great stay and friendly staff
Comfortable hotel at reasonabke rate. Opposite Pasaraya shopping mall known for it's great local food court at the basement and traditional handicrafts. Perfect central location for business travellers and also ample gym equipment. Not too suitable for family as there isn't much to offer kids.

Nice Hotel located slightly out the City Center
Hotel is located outside the city Center make sure get a room at the back of the hotel as it is located on a main road can be noisy . The facilities are good pool adequate gym local shopping Center Blok M has great local food taxi are on stand by the bed is comfortable and the pillows are great good cable channels . Breakfast is local food mainly you can get eggs omelettes toast tasty friend rice. Staff are great I was in a room the was noisy traffic and other guests were loud at night I told the staff in the middle of the night the upgraded my room place in a very quite room . The rates are good for the hotel the main shoppings are not too far away either if you leave early .

Would stay again.
A nice hotel with excellent staff. A couple of minutes walk to block M shopping mall and the buses to the city centre and the north. Only slight gripe was the breakfast which was very extensive but extremely Asian...( it is Asia!) but a little muesli and normal tea would have been welcome.

If you know I complained about the space within 24 hours of my stay and you know I'm staying for a duration of 6 nights you should not mention about an upgrade "next time " you should of allowed me to upgrade the next day without extra pay, especially if it's my first time staying in your hotel for more than 5 days.

Within expectation
Hotel was full and got a room in the smoking floor. Being a non-smoker it was an uncomfortable thought but I must say the room wasn't smelling of smoke thanks to the air freshener and air cleaner. Staff was helpful to ensure that. Room otherwise was up too expectation though some parts of the bathroom is showing some age. Food and shopping choices in the local area is not great but acceptable. I think it's value for money and I'll come back to stay especially for business.

Service was great - all staff very friendly. Room and bed very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot on offer, but honestly didn't taste very good, for example the bread was stale, the jam is a fake syrup, and juice was a squash. Could be the local food was better. But super friendly and would stay again, and just not get breakfast.

I enjoyed to stay here, the staffs are very nice. The food is good. The only issues, the bathroom size is bigger. It took more space for the bedroom. The side road in front of hotel is difficult to walk.

Great Hotel in a Good Location!
The hotel is situated in Melawi area where Block M is. It is a walking distance to Blok M Square, Blok M Plaza and 3 other malls. It's about 10 mins walk to Taman Sari Mustika Ratu Spa in Kebayoran one of the best Spa we've gone to and we had our dinner at a seafood restaurant call "Cut the Crab" which is about 300 meters from the Spa. It's a great and cheap get away for the weekend. With the bad Jakarta traffic jam, this place is superb time saver as everywhere is walking distance.

I have stayed in this hotel before as a walk-in guest several times before and have never been disappointed. The staff are very helpful and even assisted me to change flights due to a family emergency at home. When in Jakarta, this would be my first choice due to excellent service, good food, convenient location and cleanliness.

New hotel
New building, very beautiful lobby, nice rooms. The restaurant could be much better, considering the price of dishes (we paid 800IDR for the dinner for 2 with no alcohol drinks). Also I saw a roach in the restaurant. The reason I gave only 2 for the room comfort is that it was impossible to switch off the light in the wardrobe, because it had only one sliding door instead of two. I couldn't sleap well because of that light. The bathromm could have been cleaner, and there were toiletries only for one person although there were 2 guests.
