Middle of the night loud noise from the roof as I’m staying at 19th floor and no idea it’s from the Aircon compressor on the rooftop.

Schönes Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit ist gut. Im Bad sieht man allerdings das die Fugen bei den Fließen teilweise komplett Schwarz sind. Hat uns nicht gestört. Spa und Gym sind gut.

ホテルの部屋は清潔で広く、問題なかった。フロントスタッフの数が少なく、フロントはいつも並んでいたので、もう少しスタッフの数を増やしてほしい。スタッフのサービスは問題なかった。
