Very beautiful property showing lots of Indonesian art and culture, but unfortunately quite old property. Only two elevators were working for the whole hotel, were not enough.

フロントの日本語が話せる男性スタッフは非常に優秀で対応が気持ち良かったです。 道路側の部屋は、夜中にバイクの騒音がうるさく ゆっくりと寝る事が出来ません。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。どのスタッフも優しく、対応も良かったです。MRT、トランスジャカルタからすぐなので、交通の便がとても良いです。近くにモールもあり、食事にも困りません。部屋の掃除も毎回きれいにしていただけて満足でした。一つだけ残念なのは、バスタブの水が流れにくいところです。それ以外はとても満足できるホテルでした。朝食も種類が豊富で毎日メニューが変わり（同じものもありますが）、美味しかったです。

インドネシア老舗のホテルだけあって、部屋の調度品は高級なものが用いられている。マットレスの硬さが身体に合ったので、快適に眠ることができた。冷房がよく効いているので、パジャマ代わりのバスローブがあればなお良かった。気になったのは、どこから飛んできたのか小さなハエが数匹飛んでいたこと。空調のダクトか、水道の配管からか。古いのでやむを得ないかもしれないが改善を求める。もう一つ残念な点は浴室で、バスタブがついており便利なのだがシャワーカーテンがなく、シャワーを浴びると洗面台を含めた浴室中が濡れてしまう。この点改善いただければ完璧。

シャワーカーテンがなく、トイレとのガラスの仕切り壁が短く、シャワーの水が外に出そうでシャワーを使うのに体の向きに気を使いましたが、それ以外はとても快適でベッドも広くゆっくり出来ました。 ホテルの周りも買い物にも便利でスタッフさんたちもいつも笑顔で対応していただき、また次回も泊まろうと思います。

部屋は綺麗で清潔感が有ります 冷蔵庫が冷えるかどうかチェックが必要です 私が宿泊した部屋の冷蔵庫は冷えませんでした シャワーは、お湯がぬるく水圧が弱いです また、シャワーを浴びると周りに水が周りに 飛び散ります。 フロントのスタッフの対応は良く、朝食も以前より改善されていると思いました。
