Highly recommend this hotel for foreign and indo travelers. The rooftop bar/restaurant serve amazing lemper ayam and alcoholic beverages. The room was very clean and we had quite the view of the city.

How can I ever say anything but great thing about this hotel.. from guys at front door to reception to housekeeping, Hi Eva. Makasih Banyak for everything .. you and your staff are great.. restaurant and all restaurant staff are great .. only thing I would change is Bringing Marsella back.. my best friend and daughter..🙏👍🤗🤗

when you have the pleasure of getting to know the staff as I have you really see what they do .from the guys who hold the door to the front desk staff,to housekeeping and engineering and restaurant staff as well as Management ..they all work tirelessly to give.you a great stay...they have become family. THANK YOU ALL FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB now I have a grandson here...all because I have become friends with Marsela. they are changing from Fave to Brits hotel and say they will be even better...but you cannot improveo perfection

After how many stays it must be obvious how great the hotel is..From owners,to Dept heads to Housekeeping, to Resto to Wonderful.Marsela 🤗🤗 and Marcela and Tommy and EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE I SAY YOU DO A WONDERFUL FANTASTIC JOB..I only come a few days a year and am just a normal guest..no VIP or fancy corporate person and am treated wonderfully.. Every single person is great, my room is clean, bed comfortable, bathroom nice and clean. perfect place to stay..they all care and it shows in what a good place it is..thank you very much for all you do for me 🙏🙏🙏 see you soon and Marsela when I come back the 4 of us, Didi 1, Didi 2,you and I will go to Tony Roma's for dinner..

The hotel location is very convenient to walk everywhere, Puri Market, Restaurant & small store to buy water & snack. The room & lobby is clean. The staffs are very helpful, I’ll stay at Fave Hotel again if I’m going back to Indonesia.

wonderful staff

I always stay here when in Jakarta. may not be a 5* hotel but it has 6* staff. I will not stay elsewhere. when your treated wonderfully it becomes like home.

A TRUE OASIS

i walked in the door and knew i was home.. evenif only for 1 night. immaculate. not one thing out of place. room nice, clean, comfortabe. bathroom, new ckean, modern.. staff at front desk excellent! Last night ordered Gojek car.. after waiting for 1/2 hr and car still not arrive they took my phone calked and texted the driver.. with no reply tbey just started,trying to get me a, newcar and did not give up. greatfully aprecciated. the Restaurant on roof was also great. very nice and clsan and well staffed. had the chicken wings and iec tea.. both perfect. very enjoyable stay. next trip to Jakarta, i would defieately stay here again. Furst class.

Geweldig, vriendelijke mensen, goed sevice. De kamer is netjes, schoon. Die badkamer ik vind het okay behalve die handzeep box is leek. De ontbijt menu's beetje saai en zijn te weinig keuzen. Maar overal voor mij is geweldig.

Convenient and Affordable

It is a very affordable and convenient location in West Jakarta. The mattresses are more firm than I prefer. It’s a clean hotel with friendly service.
