"The room was clean, however bathrooms were quite small. The staff were very friendly and attentive. However, at check in, the staff member who helped us said breakfast was not included, despite my family and I having paid extra for breakfast to be included when we booked. Then a female staff member told him to add breakfast to our package, she was very nice. Ayush is a very hard worker and had great customer service skills. Overall it was a great stay. "

"Room not very clean, I contacted the hotel to arrange airport transfer with no reply. No towels after housekeeping. Food was excellent. I would go back just for the food."
