"We enjoyed our visit immensely. The room isn’t designed for someone who wants to work from their room, but it was perfect for a vacation. The room was beautiful, the service was great, the restaurant was delicious. We were blocks from the Shakespeare festival and steps from several great restaurants and amazing shops. "

"Nights have been super quiet where my room is at. Heater works great, and if i get my room too hot...the ac cools ot off very quickly. Front desk, housekeeping, night auditor, maintenance, etc. does a great job at making sure guests have a comfortable stay here. Great place to stay and for a great deal! Cant complain whatsoever. "

"Since it was winter, I didn't use the A/C, but the heater worked great. The room was clean and the staff was excellent, couldn't ask for better. My only suggestion it perhaps you could put tissues in the room. I would definitely stay here again."
