「The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. They were the best part of our stay. The place is a dump. Like in my prior review of the Quality Inn in Salisbury there is a large facade that hides the fact that this in NOT A HOTEL with indoor access to rooms. Access is outside. Online you see only the facade (how ironic )and pictures of the interiors of the rooms. THIS IS INTENTIONAL AND NOT OK! Our sink was caked with what appeared to be beach sand. 「There was confusion on my reservation. The clerk said I booked two rooms, which I incorrect. She said she couldn’t give me a refund but I would have a “room” credit for a future stay. Not knowing if or when I would be back. The next day I met with the manager and showed her my Expedia paperwork which showed only a single room reservation.
