「Front desk needs training with their customer service skills. Claimed they knew nothing and offered no assistance. Room very basic...nowhere near the cost of the room. 」

「Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. 」

「Our room was very clean, maid came once while we were there to refresh our towels and make the bed, they removed our trash which i was relieved of. Breakfast was good lots of options I would like to have seen more fresh fruit options. Coffee was good plenty of fruit juice too!! If you require some protein in your morning breakfast you may want to consider adding some powder to oatmeal or coffee. It’s enough to get you started on your morning journey. 「This property is great because of its easy proximity to the beach-which is so nice. The price is definitely right and it’s a no frills easy hotel to sleep at after a long day in the sun/water. My only complaint is that I tried to access Amazon prime video app and the tv didn’t work and kept showing error codes. Not that big of a deal but would’ve been nice if it had worked」

「Great view and walkable to the beach. There is no bar or restaurant on site. You need to bike or take a quick car ride to eat and explore. On site was winderful」

「The condo was much smaller than expected. Once the couch was folded out for a bed and the queen Murphy bed put down there wasn't room to walk or for luggage. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool and deck were nice. Parking was easy and yhey had onsite sevurity.」

「Not sure how this hotel got the rating (8/10) when it was terrible. There was paint peeling in the bathroom. The pool had broken unusable furniture and wires pulled out of electrical panel. I will never believe Expedia’s reviews again without more research.」

「Pool was supposed to be heated. It was cold. Water damage on the floor they put us on and there were dehumidifiers in the hall. It smelled awful. The carpets were terribly stained. Will not stay here again. Staff was extremely nice though. Loved the pastry man in the breakfast area. 」

「Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!」
