Serene and quiet
Remote and serene. Buffet was a great option after many Ryokan stays around the area with omakase.

Lovely staff
The staff was absolutely wonderful. We would like to thank Thapa Pratap and Yubarat for being so accommodating and patient with us. This was our first onsen and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved being on the countryside of Japan.

Room condition needed remodeling: rips in the walls, patches, paper doors held together with actual tape. While WiFi was free and connectable, my room at the end of the hotel could not maintain WiFi for more than a few seconds, rendering it useless for any functional purpose. Not adding meals on as an Expedia option, the hotel wanted to charge you multiple times more for the same meals. Extra fee assessed at hotel for usage of hot spring, yet having a tattoo, I couldn’t use it. Problems, problems, problems, aside from the anti-constitution, antiquated tattoo policy. The whole hotel is from the past.

Refuse to change to non-smoking room ,although there is vacancy. NO hot water in my room (a notice in Japanese saying no hot water). Buffet dinner only of fair standard.

部屋の露天風呂が想像より大きくてのんびり入れました。 夕食のバイキングを最終回にしたら食事が作ってから時間が経っていると思われた。 地元食材に何を使ってるのか表示がなく少し残念だった。 特に鮎の塩焼きが完全にカリカリ状態になっていた。 食事の値段を考えたら充分ではあるが周りに飲食店がないので食事の値段を少し上げてより美味しい食事の提供をしていただけたら喜んで再訪します。

閑静なところにあり、お部屋はダブルツインで、露天風呂付き！景色もよく、ベッドも大きく素敵でした。料理はその日、あ左右バイキングで、紅葉の時期外を見ながらの食事でゆっくりできました。スタッフの対応もよく良かったです。

サービスよりも合理化経営
とにかく設備に不具合だらけ、部屋内の洗面台は温水無し、部屋内はカビ臭、空調機不具合、部屋扉の施錠不具合、大浴場、洗い場水温調整不具合あり水温が上がらない、おまけに2食付きコースの予約が不履行でありながら料金は変わらず夜食はコンビニ、どうしてか？

アットホームな感じがする旅館
チェックイン前に受付してもらって入室しました。思ってたより部屋は綺麗でした。空いていたせいか、騒音もなく静かに滞在できました。

露天風呂はいいが、ご飯が....
部屋に附設されている露天風呂や、大浴場に附設されている川を臨む洞窟風呂や露天風呂は、この古びたホテル旅館の価値を高めている。 ただし、朝夕のバイキングはその価値を落としてしまいそう。とてもプロの料理人が用意したものとは思えず、特別のものはなく、何も塩っぱく、食後の喉の渇きを止められない。白飯も炊込みもご飯の品質に問題あり。周りにレストラン等がなく、食事を外でとなりにくいが、特に夕食はリピートしたくない。

場所、温泉ともに、楽しめました。
夫婦で宿泊。 施設は決して新しいとは言えませんが、客室露天風呂は存分に楽しめました。 場所も通りから少し奥まっていて、川のせせらぎ以外の音は皆無。 シモンズのベッドも心地よく、ゆっくり休めました。 コスパも良いので、また是非利用したいです。

食事はビュッフェ形式ですが、 過剰な期待をしなければ満足できるものです。 コストパフォーマンスに優れていると思います。 掃除も行き届いていました。 昨年の台風被害で現在露天風呂が使用できませんが、 外気に通じた洞窟風呂が使えたので不満はありませんでした。

温泉舒服
温泉是当地有名的温泉，公共温泉有3个池，最喜欢那个洞窟温泉。 房间不大，洗手池分离，设计不是很合理。 早餐一般，够饱。
