Everything—from the room to the service—was absolutely perfect, and I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my time there. His friendly attitude, helpfulness, and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed and really made a difference in my experience. "Wife and i had an absolutely perfect experience here. Extremely clean and staff was very professional and polite, they are happy and eager to help you with anything. Great breakfast buffet with diverse food options. Very clean and cozy room. Free wifi throughout the whole place. Pool area was awesome! Excellent service and very clean. Italian dinner at the rooftop was world class. This is my new favorite place to vacation. We will be back next year! Thank you Swissotel!"

"The first room we were given smelled of cigarettes, so we asked reception to change it. The second room had no odor, but we were subjected to loud music all night long. There was so much noise that we thought the window was open, but it wasn't. It shouldn't have heard so much outside noise."
