"Great hotel, our stay was very comfortable! Was able to do laundry during our stay. The ice machine on the 4th floor was so helpful and we were on the 18th floor which had the water dispenser , so every morning, we were able to fill up our water bottles before a day of adventure! Room was small but we managed. We were 2 adults and 2 young children. The buffet was amazing!! They had a “premium” coffee machine that was delicious! Also walking distance to Shin-Osaka station which has the JR lines and Shinkansen, super convenient ! "

"The breakfast is pretty good! It’s close to the Shin Osaka station which makes it easy to and from. Convenient and clean! They also offer free shuttle daily "

"Best location. Love the ease of connections to multiple trains. There's also lots of food, convenience stores, etc. in there so we were never hungry. The room was tiny (as with most Japanese hotel rooms) but it was all good with us. I enjoyed the corner view and the massage chair! It was a pleasant stay and would book again if given the chance!"

"Very convenient if you are flying into or out of Osaka Itami Airport. Room and bed are very big. Breakfast is OK."

"Clean room, a little bit crowded but that is part of travelling in most Asian countries. Staff were very friendly. It was also very quiet even though it's next to Shin Osaka station. "
