Hotel razoável

Hotel razoável, quarto sem manutenção e em condições razoáveis, piso soltando, paredes mofadas, TV ruim com poucos canais e sem o básico, que são todos os canais abertos, além da acústica do quarto ser ruim, muito barulho da BR, as janelas deveriam vedar mais o barulho. O café da manhã é bem razoável também, serviço de limpeza de quarto falho, não há controle sobre as camareiras, que deixam de efetuar a limpeza e você só descobre a noite, quando retorna ao hotel, não sendo mais possível nenhum serviço de limpeza. No geral um hotel bem razoável, precisam melhorar muita coisa, um alerta para a nova rede que adquiriu o hotel recentemente, os quartos precisam de uma boa reforma e os serviços precisam ser melhorados.

Hotel bom para não ficar engarrafado no centro e perto da orla, próximo da saída para BR 101, prático para chegar e sair a qualquer hora. Café da manhã bom, quarto ótimo.

Estada boa de maneira geral.

De maneira geral foi uma boa estada. Na chegada, ao realizar o checkin o recepcionista disse que teria de ser cobrado uma taxa de 40 reais pelo estacionamento, avisei que havia reservado pelo app Hotels.com já com o serviço de estacionamento incluso, ele pediu pra olhar a reserva, eu mostrei e ele “aceitou”. Gostaria que ficasse claro nos dados da reserva tudo aquilo que está incluso para que não haja esse tipo de confusão. Demais, quarto sujo em baixo da cama, com lata de refrigerante e bastante pó, demais áreas limpas, café da manhã com pouca variedade de frutas e outros itens alimentícios. Atendimento muito bom, solícitos e educados.

Prático

Um hotel simples e prático. O checkin e checkout out foram rápidos. Como a finalidade era apenas para dormir depois de uma festa na cidade, uma estadia ok. O falta é um cuidado com a manutenção da estrutura, no mais tudo bem.
