    "This was our first time staying in Ueno and our first time staying at a Monday hotel. We were a family of 7 (booked 2 separate rooms) and we loved our stay! Everything about it - the front desk staff, the room itself, housekeeping, closeness to train station, shopping, etc. - was amazing! Unfortunately our flight got cancelled/delayed 2 days due to Typhoon Jangmi, but the staff were able to help accommodate us for those 2 extra nights, which was really nice. Even if they couldn't, it would've..."

    "I booked this room the last minute, and our family has been traveling Hong Kong, and Japan (Osaka, Nara, & Kyoto). This hotel was the best out of all the hotels. It had washer/dryer combo machine, Nepresso machine, cooking utensils, refrigerator, large bath, etc. The only negative would be no view of outside as there was a building right next to it."
