The staff is hindered by the owner who is to afraid to face his patrons. He didn’t take care of needs of hotel in a timely manner. He tells his staff that he doesn’t want to deal with patrons. They are simply afraid to say things in fear of losing their job. They want to help but cannot. Great staff but terrible owner.. I tried to speak with him and he ignored me until I had a friend come that is known by many and is influential. But I would never recommend this hotel at its current state.. The sound is horrible.. I could hear the next people doing you know what. The listing is absolutely incorrect. The Air Conditioner does not work. The bathroom and showers are horrible. The soaps are terrible. I am sure there is mold all over the hotel and bed bugs as well..I don’t know why he didn’t fix the hotel and make customers feel welcome. He puts a front (fake personality) on. But doesn’t fix the issues. The employees say what they can. But he ignores them. I had bugs in my room, a horrible smell. I was moved to the room with bugs only to be sent back after the manager didn’t respond to messages. Just terrible l.. Basically they do not represent the Turkish people very well. They need to have someone give the owner a proper explanation and have some authority come to the hotel to report them. It is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I’m sure he is aware… I have much more to say..

Hotel location and staff is amazing . Specially housekeeping chef as I’m local in Turkey I been many hotel never seen such respectful staff . I only request iron and board they don’t have next time I will visit again after one week I wish that’s time they have:)

An excellent place to stay for sightseeing from.

I stopped here for 3 nights whilst visiting my son in July 2015. The rooms are not big, but it was everything I needed. I enjoyed fantastic breakfasts on the balcony of the 8th floor restaurant and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. I didn't spend much time in the area as my son and his girlfriend took me out to other parts of Istanbul. However the overall experience I had of this hotel and the cost made it a very pleasant stay. I would certainly stop there again.

Reception was great & helpful. But there's no laundry service in the hotel, pool not working, not usable due to a cold water, electric ladder not working, rooms are not as you see them in the hotel webpage. The last thing is common problem with the hotels in Istanbul as they well know by scam and playing smart game with tourists. Also there's no spa as it should be according to the hotel webpage.

Worse hotel ever

This is not a hotel, it is a prison to torture people. I stayed there for a week. Rooms are so small we did not have room for luggage. They never changed the bed. Staff are so inexperienced and rude. The toilet sink of the above unit leaked to our unit. Many many issues to complain. Do not go there.

Oda havalandırmaya bakıyordu, pencere açma şansınız yok. Kahvaltı 8-10 arasıydı, 9 dan sonra bırak simiti, zeytin ve çay bile kalmıyordu. Yenisini istediğinizde tek cevap bitti oluyordu. WC de sabun yok, şampuan ile elinizi yıkayabilirsiniz. İzolasyon o kadar kötü ki yukarının tuvaleti sanki yatak başucunuzda.
