Tacked away at the end of a small street in a quiet area with nice restaurants, about 15 mins walk to the metro station. We got upgraded to a very nice room with terrace and great views. Clean, quiet. Loved it.

Great Hotel, and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is so-so, wasn't a lot of what I could eat, but it was unlimited so ate what I recognised / liked. One negative is that the I frequently woke up sweating as I couldn't get the room cool enough to what I prefer.

The reason i went for this hotel was the option of Spa & Hamam. Well, there was nothing. In construction as they say. Someone told me for 1 or 2 days and other 1 or 2 months. No one informed me that there was no SPA at that time. I would NOT choose for this hotel if i knew about this. Rooms clean, i must give that. Breakfast is good but not great Reception may be more friendly and professional. Personel restaurant friendly. Standaard room for 2 is small, beds are ok but not great. Shortly: i would not choose this hotel knowing there was no SPA. Hotel is more 3 stars worth. Location 10 mins walk to metrostation Gayrettepe. From there just 3 stops to famous Taksim Square.

I asked for a Room with balcony… they said ok, and by the checkin we receveid without! The recepsionist O…. was good and friendly. The recepsionist who speaks arabic, was very unfriendly!

Reception man wasn't very friendly, He did processing check in for the sake of procecessing (Don't expect warm welcome). My suggestion, if you have to have place to stay , go a head and stay otherwise you can search better hotels. its near by the Gayrettepe (train)Metro but better not to have big suitcase. No Taxi will take you to the hotel because its very short ride. if you only have light hand bag, you will be OK. this is my experience . My Opinoin : very cheap treatment for the price I paid.
