It is my first time coming to Turkey and Istanbul. The room was a little small, but this is understandable for the price. I was missing more charging spots. The location is a little far and not the best, but 1-2 km away you have a shopping center, bus stations and metro. The food in restaurant is good, but nothing special. The massage in spa was so nice for such a good price. I think the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. From restaurant, to cleaners, to spa, to taxi driver and especially at the reception. There was a little misunderstandment in our room, but we sorted it out and they were nice and professional toward us. I think the whole experience was pleasant. Teşekkürler The City suites hotel

When we entered the hotel there was only 1 person at reception. We checked in & once we saw the room we was shocked. It was dirty. There was dust on the floor, the beds we’re dirty even the reception person reacted ok to the situation. They changed the rooms but the 2nd room was even worse. Do not come here, service is terrible. They gave only 1 toilet paper and when we asked for more as we ran out he said that they don’t have any. Terrible experience will never come again & I recommend no one does unless you want to sleep with dust.

When we arrived receptionist was very kind. We arrived quite late. But had to wait very long time because their system was down. When we get to room finally it looked not bad. I was pleased that we had baby cot as I asked when booked it. Unfortunately cot was broken. But at least my baby had place to sleep. At the beginning staff was very nice and friendly. But our room wasn’t cleaned for few days. Just brought in water, changed towels and that’s it. The first bedding change was after 7 days. It is unacceptable. Floor wasn’t washed for all 9 days we spent in hotel. At least we had separate bathroom with toilet. Our friends who was in this hotel with us had room together with toilet and shower. No walls. We were shocked. As I said at the begging staff was friendly. But at the end they lost kindly attitude. Food is not bad at hotel. But small choice. Basically you have to eat one and the same. I asked help to order some food from kebab. The first time one of reception guys helped me. Next time other receptionist said he is not going to help and ignored me near desk. Just said order food from our restaurant. Yes, there is free car parking space. Free. So I can say if you want anything then pay extra money and you will be served the best. Because I saw what attitude staff had to Turkish clients and what it was to us. I just can say I’ll never go back to this hotel. It’s not the worst. But they have to think about foreign customers as well. And put more attention to cleaning room

Maalesef otelde tadilat varı. Trivago kahvaltı dahil diyordu. Ancak konaklamada kahvaltı yoktu. Otelin klima sisteminde bir sorun vardı. Çalışanlar çok zariflerdi. Destek olmaya çalıştılar ancak pek iyi bir konaklamaydı diyemeyeceğim. Otelin konumu iş yerime yakın olduğu için çok iyiydi.

Die Lüftung auf dem Flur ist so laut und gibt komische Töne von sich. Daher istein erholsamer Schlad im Zimmer unmöglich. Eine Abhilfe wurde nicht geschaffen. Man wurde nur mit verschiedenen Ausreden hingehalten.

Çatı katı odası çok küçüktü

Çatı katında konakladım. Oda inanılmaz derecede küçüktü. Kabin tipi bavulu açtığınız zaman geçecek yer kalmıyor. Aynı şekilde duşa kabinde oldukça dardı. Oturup çalışmak için (laptop ile) bırakın odayı otelde bile bir masa olmadığını belirttiler. Hotels.com un anlaşmalı odası bu şekilde olabilir. Çatı katı tercih etmemek gerekiyor. Personeller yardımsever ve ilgililerdi.

Öncekle oda çok küçük ve pisti mini buzdolabı çalışmıyor bozuktu. Klimanın kendine hayrı yoktu kesinlikle değişmesi gerek. Oda temizliği istedik olan çarşafları düzeltmişler sadece ne yeni nevresim nede yeni havlu verildi. Fiyat performans desem bu fiyata çok daha iyi ve temiz yerlerde bulundum. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
