Yaşadığımız covid 19 sürecini düşünürsek, çok fazla kaygıyla gittik. Ancak otel ilaçlanmıştı ve temizdi. Hiç bir sıkıntı olmadı. İstanbulun merkezinde bir otel, konumu her yere çok yakın. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilirsiniz.

Kapıda bizleri karşılayan beyfendi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Fakat odaya çıktığımızda nevresimlerin kirli olduğunu gördük. Rica edip yenisini istedik fakat eski nevresimlerin altı eski konaklayanlardan kalan saçlarla doluydu. Temizlik açısından kesinlikle tavsiye edemeyeceğimiz bir yer oldu. Onun dışında konum olarak güzel bir yerde bulunmaktadır. Biraz daha temizliğe önem verilirse daha güzel olabilir.

Wir sind am 06.08.2019 in der Nacht um ca. 1:45 Uhr angekommen am Hotel Nova Park Hotel & Suite in Sisli Istanbul. Nach den Bewertungen ist das Hotel Außergewöhnlich sehr gut mit 5 Sternen bewertet. Das kann ich nicht verstehen. Es hat ein Eingang, da passt einer mit seinem Gepäck gerade noch durch. Hat keinen Aufzug, die Zimmer, die sie anbieten ist so klein, dass gerade noch ein Bett drinnen ist und mit Koffer kaum zum reinlaufen. Als ich die zwei Zimmer in dem genannten Hotel gebucht habe, habe ich am selben Tag angerufen bei Expedia und nachfragen lassen ob die Zimmer wie beschrieben mit Waschmaschine ist und was für ein unterschied zwischen Basic und Buisness zimmer gibt. Aber die Dame hat selber reingeschaut und gesagt es gibt kein unterschied. Sie hat aber trotzdem im Hotel angerufen, um sicherzugehen. Da wurde ihr gesagt es gibt fast kein Unterschied und in jedem zimmer ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Von wegen Waschmaschine? Man kann in den Hotel nicht mal mit 3 koffer rein weil da kein platz dafür ist. Und was ist ich gar nicht verstehe ist, dass man für so einen Hotel bei expedia 5 sterne als Kundenbewertung zulässt. Ich werde darauf bestehen, dass mein geld zurückgebucht wird. Ich habe die Fotos in original und die belege, wie das Hotel beschrieben wird. Das kann man den Gästen nicht antun bitte!!!!!
