The hotel was clean and presentable, with a good variety of breakfast options. The staff were also very helpful. We will definitely be revisiting next time in Istanbul

One of my top priorities when booking a stay is having breakfast included. If this applies to you, I would probably not recommend this hotel. The breakfast is buffet style, offering hot tea and coffee from thermal dispensers. They also provide hot chocolate, cappuccino, and latte options in a triple dispenser (prepackaged powders). However, what completely made me cringe were the bugs. I personally witnessed one large bug crawling on the wall by the seating area. When I looked down to see where it fell, I came across a few others on the floor that had been stepped on. It goes without saying, I did not eat at this establishment after that discovery. I understand that not all hotels will hit the mark when it comes to "Breakfast included" in the nightly pricing, but I have never been disappointed with my previous bookings and have certainly never come across a situation like this one before.

Overall the stay was good. They upgrade my room in separate hotel AK Residence. I would like to mention 1 manager who did my check in, he said to me that i should give him a tip because he has upgraded my room, which i didnt ask. They just did that and mentioned later. When i said i can pay via card the tip he said no.

Unreliable hotel

We had booked eight nights and a 60-square-meter room, but we were only able to stay in the large room for five nights. On the first day, we were told that the air conditioning was not working, so we could not stay there. The hotel said that only smaller rooms were available, but the next day we were told that the large room had been booked for someone else. It became clear that we had been lied to. The hotel promised to compensate us for the nights we could not use the larger facilities, but on the day of departure we were told that if we book the hotel again, we would get a better room than the one we had originally booked. In practice, no compensation was given through the hotel. We do not intend to book this hotel again.

We kregen de grootste kamer in de kelder waar het enorm stonk naar riool. De rioolleidingen liepen door het plafond van de kamer dat enorm geluid maakte. Reserve y pague 2 habitaciones de luxe, al llegar me dieron una de luxe y otra estándar, con dos camas separadas, el personal solo hace las camas y recoge la basura, no limpian, y la recepción no resolvió mi queja ni se disculpo por haber cambiado las habitaciones ni me ofrecieron un cambio de habitación ni un ajuste de precio

The accomodation was affordable, in a great location and clean. The staff was very nice. Especially Bilal. Such a great person who helped us a lot. Small con is the room size. We booked the last 2 rooms so maybe that's why. Other than that, great hotel! Would book again

alu for money

I had a great stay in this hotel, staff were amazing and quick to help, the room is small but for a few days and one person it was good, beds were extremely comfortable. Location is great, tram is only 3 min walk and the metro is 7min walk away. The area is really busy during the day but at night time it’s very quiet. These are the pros, now cones breakfast needs a lot of work little options and not so many to pick from.

Petit déjeuner très standard pour le prix. Le ménage est en fait juste du rangement, on doit demander le papier toilette car il l’ont pas mis sous prétexte qu’on partait le lendemain. Wifi POURRI il faut toujours remettre le code. Très très très inconvénient. Réception froide et pas du tout accueillante On a demander un taxi pour aller à l’aeroport qu’on nous a fait payer 250 TL a la réception, une fois arrivé sur place le compteur marque 135 !! On a appeler pour se faire rembourser, mais bizarrement plus personne ne parler anglais Ils ont refusé de nous passer la direction. Gens MALHONNÊTES ! Pour le prix vous trouverez mieux ailleurs avec un meilleurs services et un meilleurs emplacement je regrette d’avoir réservé là-bas A FUIR !!

2泊3日で利用しましたが快適に過ごせるホテルでした。朝食ブュッフェに少し物足りなさを感じましたがそれ以外はなんの問題もなかったです。 人気観光スポットへのアクセスもよくおススメです。
