Nice and kind staff overall, most staff were friendly and kind. Mr. Eray who worked morning reception was specially kind and helpful. One staff served us hot tea after returning to lobby from a long wet walk due to unexpected rain. Housekeeping service was acceptable but not above and beyond, Had to ask for room to be made, towels to be changed, etc. Room is overall clean, does not smell bad, and is decent condition, it’s small but not bad if only two people in your party. Breakfast was acceptable and good variety. Price is good if you are on lower budget. The best thing is hotel’s location, Taksim Square is 5 minutes walk.

Great stay near Taksim! We stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the service. The staff were incredibly attentive; any issue we had was addressed immediately or they did their absolute best to fix it right away. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Istiklal Street. Our room was also clean and comfortable. Regarding the breakfast, don't expect anything too "fancy" or extraordinary, but considering the price, it was very decent and good value for money. Overall, a great choice for the price!
