「Disappointing Stay – Great Staff, Poor Hotel Standards Unfortunately, my overall experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The only genuinely positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. However, the hotel itself fell well below my expectations. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. The bathtub drainage system was also very poor, with water draining frustratingly...

「1. Acoustic insulation is not good, could hear everything in the next room and in the corridor, got waken up early. 2. Bed is comfortable and the terrace nice. Some fixtures are old and need replacement, for example the shower head holder, the whole vertical rod came out when trying to adjust. Not sufficient counter surface for putting items in. The counter surface at the sink does not drain back to the sink and splashed water accumulate. 3. Dove shampoo and shower gel were provided. Better and...

「We found the hotel to be luxurious and very clean. However the big downfall for us was the very busy, noisy traffic on the road at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the window closed you could hear the traffic noise day and throughout the night. It made it very difficult to relax and we had constant disrupted sleep at night. In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled...

「The stuff was very helpful.」

「The location is absolutely fantastic, and getting around is very easy and convenient. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, making you feel comfortable, welcome and safe throughout your stay. If there is ever an issue, they respond immediately and do their best to resolve it. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. For the price, I honestly think this place offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would...

「The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly; the breakfast was boring- no change the whole week, same food & no variety. The bathroom in the room I was in was so small, and the wifi wasn't satisfactory; other than that, it was ok. The location is the best thing about this place... airport buses are only a street away, as are the local buses, the metro station, and ferries to go to the European side. Whatever shops and restaurants you think of are all available in the surrounding area.」

「Best hotel at the Anatolian side of Istanbul」

「Alles gut」
