Fruktansvärt smutsigt, det dammsögs inte en enda gång, badrummet hade massa rester av kalk och det var super smutsigt överallt. Det luktade även urin i badrummet. Det var gammalt hår från tidigare gäster under lakanet. Överlag hemsk upplevelse

Location

It was very good location near shops restaurants and close to metro if needed . Family room unfortunately do not have good view but it is ok since most of the time we are outside.

Nice but too noisy room

We took the luxury room which is a very nice room but we got it on the first floor which is actually almost as the mezzanine floor. when we first got to the room we could hear so many noises coming from the street so we informed them the reception who told us to make sure that the window is closed but we already did so we couldn’t sleep well on the first night and we spoke to them again and they said that the first floor windows are used of different material which is not soundproof and we asked to change the room but they had no availability unfortunately it was not comfortable since its so close to the street and the traffic light is right next to us so we kept hearing horns and noises all over the nice so we had to shift to another hotel.. the location good and shops are surrounding the hotel which is also steps away from the metro station. Also note that there is no lobby and just a small reception desk

Nice hotel

It was a good stay in Arcade, But during check out they try to charge me for one drinking bottle which I never opened it, But the reception lady trust my statement and they didn't charge me.

Excellent customer service is the lifeblood of any org. and Empathy breeds understanding, if customer feels understood, will feel valued. great location, Bistro and Cafe staff were the best,food was delicious every single time with reasonable price, all the staff were very nice and helpful, and i think all what i said and experienced at this place is due to an effective management, i truly felt as member of a family and not as number at my previous 5 star hotel. Excellent all round.

I spent over two weeks at this hotel and used it as a base in Istanbul. Berfin and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The hotel was well located to visit places of interest. Sergen welcomed me and was very polite as were the rest of the staff. I had room service meals on the days I was tired from walking and enjoyed the food. The bed was comfortable the room was clean and very quiet on such a busy road. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Die Unterkunft ist ganz okay weicht aber leider sehr von den Fotos im Internet ab. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches direkt eine Wand bzw Gebäude vor dem Fenster hatte obwohl im Internet kein einziges Foto darauf hinwies. Alle Zimmer wirkten hell und sehr groß. Wir wollten dieses Zimmer so nicht akzeptieren, allerdings wurde und nicht weitergeholfen. Das Personal ist an sich jedoch sehr freundlich und nett. Empfehle zudem ohne Frühstück zu buchen. Buffet weist keinerlei Auswahl zu. Viele Lebensmittel waren zudem alt und wurden vom Vortag einfach wieder hingelegt damit es einen reichlichen Anblick macht. Resultat: Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel. 3 Sterne treffen eher zu. Für einen Kurztrip ist es okay. Die Lage ist super direkt in Nisantasi. Wer allerdings nur 5 Sterne Hotels gewohnt ist wäre hier nicht glücklich. Nochmal würde ich das Hotel nicht buchen.

Hit or miss

Hit and miss with this hotel. Be careful when booking for two- when requesting a double bed instead of two single ones, you may very well end up in an inferior room which is not advertised (this is illegal Europe but apparently not in Turkey). Although the hotel considers these rooms to be of the same classification, the double bed rooms are half the size and do not have a separate bathroom. There are two glass doors behind which are a separate shower and a lone toilet so that you can hear your partner doing their private business (not romantic). The staff also vary- some are sweet and want you to be happy, and some others are unkind and clearly don't want to be there. The hotel also seems to be falling behind on upkeep. Positives are that the premises are consistently clean and in a good location.

Arkaya bakan oda geldi, arka binalar metruk, manzara sevimsiz. Banyo lavabo yatak alanlari kapı ya da duvarla ayrılmamış. Tasarım zevke güzel gelebilir. Herkese göre değil. Otel konumu iyi ancak otopark ciddi sorun.esyalari indirmek için bile otelin kapisina yanaşamadık. Kapı önünde Yer açılınca resepsiyondan yardımcı oldular.

الفندق يقدم غرف ممتازه يعني ماهي امكانيات الفنادق الكبيره والغرفه ديلوكس رائعه مع بلكونه وان كنت افضل الموكيت للارض ، الفراش مريح بس صغير نوعا ما وليس كنج ، الفطور ضعيف وعادي جدا والخدمه ممتازه.
