"Georgina was beyond helpful, such wonderful young lady. I reserved this hotel because of how close it is to the people movers, which is where Royal Caribbean’s shuttle picked us up to take us to Ravena for our cruise, 5 min walk. Also, super close from where you have to take the ferry to go to Venice tourist side, few mins walking distance. The machines to buy tickets are right there, although most of them don’t work, but if they do easy to use. We spent only one night and the room was a great size, great A/C. Breakfast was great. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom good size. Super clean. Overall great hotel, I’d recommend and I’d stay here again."
