"Beautiful hotel, excellent location next to Rialto bridge and ACTV stop, extremely helpful staff (went beyond their call of duty to help me with the return of my mobile hotspot device, and escorting me to the water taxi at 2:30 AM on our way to airport). The only thing I wish could be better is the layout of the bathroom, it was difficult to access the shower stall."

"The hotel has an excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, it is only a few minutes walk from a vaporetto station and that helps to move around the city. The breakfast is very complete and the rooms are super comfortable and clean. Facilities in relentless conditions."

"Breakfast is great! If you get there early, you can get a table with a canal view. It's a buffet and included in your stay Room is ok. The hotel is 500 years old, so keep that in mind. Room is quiet tho, and everything worked. Location is great! really a 3 min walk to rialto bridge in one direction and 3 min walk to st mark's square in the other direction. plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Service was wonderful. all the staff were friendly and knowledgable and spoke english. Transfer service is a must. inquire about transportation to and from airport. makes your life soo much better."
