"Highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect distance to everything. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were a group of 7 and they helped in setting up private transport to/from the airport, plus transport to the train station when we were catching a 5am train. They even had to-go breakfast boxes prepared for us since we’d be missing the included breakfast that morning. Everything was wonderful!"

"3 night stay July 2026. My gf and trained in to Venice. Hotel is a 3 minute walk from train station and 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants! This hotel is not modern but SOOOOOO cozy and authentic. The staff was incredibly friendly! Highly recommend!!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to the local sites and water taxis. The coffee/espresso self service machine was a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend."

"The property was extremely well located and on a beautiful canal where the gondolas pass by. It is an easy walk from Saint Marco Square and the rooms were immaculate and the bathtub was especially nice given that there are very few of them and Europe. The staff was incredibly well, organized, and planned many of our activities for us and did so well. They are very knowledgeable about the city and seem to be a consistent group of people. I would definitely recommend this place again."
