"Hotel and room very clean and well appointed. Staff was phenomenal - very friendly and helpful! Great recommendations for dining, etc. Excellent breakfast buffet. Hotel in great location - very close to St Mark's Square, shopping, dining, gelato; but one street over to avoid the chaos and noise. Great gondola stop right outside! Hotel has a bar off the main lobby - recommend the Hugo Spritz!"

"My family had a wonderful experience here. The location is ideal, 3 minute walk from the train, but accessible to all the wonderful spots in Venice. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and kind. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious. The best hotel we’ve stayed in so far traveling through England, France, and Italy."

"The room decor was nice in the room and place was clean. The staff was great, so very helpful. We booked a room overlooking the canal and it was amazing. It was nice to sit outside and just watch the gondolas pass by during the day and is so quiet and peaceful at night. This place is close everything. You will find great food both left and right of the hotel doors. The duomo piazza is less than 5 mins. The ferris are about 5 - 7 mins away depending which one you need. The bar was great also, you can have your drinks outside by the canal if you would like it inside. Another great thing about the location of this hotel is that we were able to grab a water taxi, which the hotel helped us book in advance to avoid looking for one upon arrival, and it drove us right up to our hotel. We didn't have to pull luggage for miles on the bumpy cobblestone alleys like other people. It takes a few days to get a hang of the alleys. We took a ferry to the train station when leaving to Florence but we figured a route that was quick and no steps with mostly paved alleys that got us to the ferry in 6-7 mins. Overall we loved this place and would return."
