"For a supposedly 3-star hotel, we were very impressed with this hotel. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and not noisy. The front desk staff were really helpful and gracious (lost luggage) and did all they could to assist. We would stay there again, and it's in a great location for wandering. Although you do have to walk a bit from the canal. We did not have a room with a view, although for one night, it did not matter. We were in 407."

B&B HOTEL Venezia Laguna

"Brand new property in accessible location. Comfortable bed and linens in minimalistic modern style. Breakfast had good plentiful options but coffee set up location inefficient with long line ups. Staff worked very hard to keep up with clearing of tables and replenishing food. No in room drinks station which was missed a lot! We were placed in annex building which was in final construction phase and bearing evidence of another breakfast venue which may help the flow when up and running. One quick mention that the lock on the door of room 1402 was loose. Overall a good stay, convenient for people mover and vaporetto access to Venice and especially for cruise ship terminal."

"The room is amazing. The view was amazing. The elevators and stair areas are a little older but that didn’t bother me. The room is very comfortable and I had a comfortable stay with them. Staff were very friendly as well. Breakfast with a view was a plus! Amazing experience and it’s super close to the train station."
