「I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When I entered the room, I found signs of bedbugs and saw roaches. This made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the property. It was difficult to relax knowing there were insects in the room. I reported the issue to the front desk, but I was not satisfied with how it was handled. Cleanliness and guest safety should be a top priority, and this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend staying...

「The room was dirty, our socks turned black, the ceiling had several black globs of something on it. The water quit working as we were going out for the day. when we got back it was back on, but there was a puddle of water coming out from under the bathroom floor. We cleaned it up and no more came out so we didn't call the front desk. Later that night as we went to the bathroom out socks keep getting wet, but couldn't see where it was coming from. Turned on all the lights and it was coming up...

「At 2 in the morning after PREPAYING FOR two nights and t road trouble they refused to check me in!!!! I’ve never been treated by an extended stay this way. They were going to book me anyway for the late arrival but to refuse me a check-in so late with NOWHERE to go I literally slept in the WAWA gas station parking lot down the road…. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Literally the worst service on EVER received」

「The cabins are wonderful and you immerse yourself in the Old Florida setting. I spent only 1 night but I would like to return for a whole week as a retreat to read and write. That is one of those places that stay with you and so inspiring. Since it was a Monday the restaurant was closed but can t wait to try it out next time I am back.」

「We didn’t stay. We took at look at property and room and said we were not staying. The pool was empty. People sitting outside room no shoes or shirts just shirts. Homeless all around. Had to body slam to look at room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Ac button taped over. Room super hot. No phone in room in case of problems or emergency. That’s a red flag. Absolutely didn’t feel safe.」
