We had dinner in the hotel one evening and the food choice was varied and the quality was good. Our room frequently had a sewage like smell we reported it multiple times but had no follow up from the hotel staff. The room
Was booked for 3 ADULTS but the pull out bed was inferior and as a result our 25 year old son had a very negative experience. Staff were not especially friendly. I would not rebook this hotel and would not recommend it based on our overall experience."
"It was perfect for what we were looking for. A relaxed , inclusive week by the beach with pools. One of the pool was heated. The staff was lovely and helpful. The hotel was tasteful. There was a gym, a spa, a ping pong table. Breakfast was great. There were plenty of options for dinner,but not a fantastic culinary experience. Having said that it was fine."
"It was very clean, very close to the beach and had a lovely pool area. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Reception staff friendly. Wifi did not work for me at all. I stayed half board as a solo traveller and I didn't find the staff at the buffet restaurant very friendly and felt a bit uncomfortable and in the way. Staff kept walking by to see if I was finished to clear my plate while I was eating and 2 nights they never took a drink order from me just took away the menu. It's a shame because that let down my overall experience and the irony is I only booked half board because I was alone as when I travel with people we usually go out to eat to try the local restaurants. Also the restaurant is massive so it's not like I was taking up space. "
"I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool each day at 12- the guys from the animation team were excellent- made them good fun. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Good selection of fresh food & the entertainment in the evenings was very good. "
"The main pool is too cold to use however there is a covered pool which is much warmer. The kids pool is slightly warmer but still too cold for kids to spend too long in. Hotel grounds, rooms and communal areas are very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is buffet style and perfectly acceptable. "
