Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The home was great and comfort! The only thing that is bad about is the neighborhood, their shoes are extremely smelly and it spread through the whole corridor. Other than that, everything is great.

There are no notice or signboard to indicate from parking level to the room/unit. As there are no frontdesk check in, had to find out by myself and exploring the possibilities here and there before able to reach the unit.

absolutely no service at all. We had to buy towels and toilet rolls ourselves. No email was sent to us as told it would with our room no. And advice on where to find key. I suggest you have a knowledgeable and experienced reception on 24hrs daily.
Very nice property with great view. Easy check in and out. However tv was not working and the staff on the ground were very helpful but the host went off the grid when we tried to contact him about the tv. No follow up from the host.

Didn't have any bathing towels nor basic stuff like tissue paper. Because there isn't any housekeeping, the rubbish bin was full after 1 day (they only gave 1 bin).
room was perfect
but location was wulu
you cant find a proper breakfast coffee shop to eat.
nothing much to shop or play nearby.
main attractions are hello kitty thomas friends and it closes at 5pm.
so when you check in at 3pm you have almost nothing to do other then go to the bars...
After booking, there is no reply from the apartment even we message them a week ago.
Upon check in, when message them about aircon, table defects, they replied that there is no one work on my defects on weekend (implies that repair will be done only on weekdays).
Aircon filter was so dirty that we can feel the dust smell in the unit.
Appreciate that Expedia should consider them to allow some compensation for their service.
New property. Dont ever trust the rooms that they're offering. There are NO KINGBED size at all. They need to highlight this bedding as "2 singles put together". Be real! But overall, facilities for this property is in good and clean condition. Easy parking but need to know where to park your car or you could get lost. Staffs not really helpful and they have terrible communication issue. Whatever i said to the person on the phone was cascaded poorly to the agent on site. Best to whatsapp and get the name/contact of the agent on site and call before arrival or you will ended up waiting for a long time like me.wifi is good. Ask for pool view, you will also get morning sun. If you get the jungle view, you will get afternoon sun, which is okay too to see nice sunset. Overall the stay was just so so.. but because of the privacy, new property and new furnitures, i dont mind coming again... maybe.
The apartment is beautifully furnished, new, and spacious. My family also enjoyed swimming at the large pool. There were some hiccups during check in that caused some delays, but we were given late check out as a compensation so that was helpful.
1. Booked Queen bed but given 2 single bed and pushed together act as queen
2. Toilet bath area chocked and have to solve it myself in order to bath
3. Different with the picture showed in expedia

What I like: Great place to stay, spacious, clean, and great facility such as nice swimming pool, gym, play room (pool table), play ground, etc.
What to improve: No Wifi, No Cable TV Channel
Overall its great place to stay, highly recommended :)

Out of water supply on Day one night for over 5 hours & can only take bath after 11pm.
No washing m/c though it had mentioned (under facilities )while I made the booking.
Room is nice & spacious. Stunning sea view.
Public area (ie. Corridors of floor is a bit smelly as some guys left their shoes there , right outside their doors)
Location is convenience with a nice small supermkt behind the building. 5 mins walk to hello kitty land where u can find restaurants for meals.

My family loves this apartment so much. It is so clean and tidy. The rooms are big and it is suitable for a family. The view is so beautiful. You can see the sea from the room. Really recommended.

숙박비가 엄청 싸다면 다시 오겠지만...
관리자가 7일 머무는 동안 물,티슈,비누,샴푸,생수 같은걸 매일 사람수 만큼 갖고 오지도 않고 티비는 제대로 나오지도 않고 남편이 계속 메일로 부탁하고 기다리고~정말 지치게 하네요!!층강소음 엄청 심합니다!!

다음번엔 그다지 재방문 의사 없음!!!
레지던스는 깨끗하나 층간소음이 넘 심해서 윗집 말 소리까지 들릴정도~쿵쾅거리고 뛰어 다니고 걸어 다니는 소리까지..오피스에서 제때에 생수와 수건과 휴지들을 제대로 제공해 주지 않았고(1주일내내)TV는 제대로 나오지도 않는데 고쳐 주지도 않았음!!!가위 없고 캔따개 없고 주방 식기류 넘 없어서 우리돈 주고 사서 씀!!세탁기 없는 건 더 치명적!!!!!
