I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."

A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. "We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

"The room was ideal for my work trip, clean, tidy and with plenty of space. The only downside was it isn’t clear on the hotels.com site that you have to go to the park hotel to check in and out. This is only a short walk and I was able to figure this out ahead of time by going on the city apartments website. "

The shower is also getting a little cold around it.. - The room was big enough for the double bed and sofa bed. However, no way would I try 4 people in there are the bathroom is so small...
