「The property was in very nice condition. However my only complaint is the quality of the mattress and linens. Very subpar for 2026. The sheets are very thin and the mattress was a spring mattress that had body indentations on it. Did not sleep well at all. If they would improve that I would stay more often, otherwise I’ll only use it in an emergency.」

「We enjoyed our stay after a long day of baseball games. Very clean and quiet. Would like recommending breakfast time to be 6 am instead of 7. We didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast due to us having to check out before 7, but maybe next time :) thank you best western 」

「THEY HAD BED BUGS. I woke up to bugs crawling in bed and no care from staff. My 2 year old daughter got bug bites. The pull out bed had holes and bug shells all over. 」

We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room. The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests.」

「The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. She wanted 16yr old girls to walk on the streets at...

「On the surface, overall nice looking unit and apartment complex. However, there were issues not apparent in the online advertising: Small stucco/cement cove balcony looks to busy, loud interstate and the two chairs provided are low so you’re looking at the wall👎. Not user friendly but at least a place to hang wet swimsuits. Bedroom windows also face interstate and not well sealed so allow bugs and noise in👎 But the windows do let in nice daylight 👍. The bathroom has a musty/urine...

「The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! 」
