「When we were checking out we asked the receptionist where we could buy a new umbrella nearby. She went and got us one from their lost & found collection, saying “people leave umbrellas behind in their rooms all of the time”. She saved us time and money AND saved the planet some landfill space by recycling a perfectly good umbrella! Our room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, our breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel was within walking distance to a local pub with an “open” session...

「Excellent from start to finish. Delighted we were given a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. All the staff we encountered were exceptional including check-in & out ,bars ,breakfast room & Cedars Steakhouse. George the groundsman was super friendly and gave advice on the walks & estate facilities. Food in Cedars was exceptional and breakfast was first class. Our daughter & son-in-law were so impressed by what we told them they have booked 2 nts in Farnham later in October also. 」

「Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information. Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had. 」
