"Everything about our stay was great from checking in and being offered a room nearer the pool to the wonderful breakfast we had everyday. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough to help the guests and nothing was too much trouble. Parking was free and very convenient. Spent time in the bar area sunday evening service was friendly and helpful BUT one gripe is that they could not provide any non alcoholic wine cider or lager. i was stuck with fizzy drinks and soft drinks. The room was spotlessly clean and well decorated, only down side was that we found it chilly. "Nice room very clean staff pleasant but bar area in need of a bit of love snd attention. Breakfast very good but placement of things s bit odd. Why is the butter with the fresh fruit section and not by the toaster and bread and jams !? Also tea making area very congested and when busy you have to wait a very long time to access the hot water/ coffee machine. "
