"The initial check in was rather confusing as the valet told me I needed to check in and get paperwork before he would park my car. When I told the young gentleman inside, he informed me that the valet’s information was incorrect. The valet should have given me a ticket and taken my car. Eventually it was taken care of."

"They had a great indoor pool and hot tub area. The breakfast was decent, they need to somehow renovate the space, however, to allow for more space for people to sit down and eat. It is essentially just the lobby space as it is now. The room was spacious and comfortable. My one qualm was that they did not offer housekeeping for the three days that we stayed there."

"The shuttle service to/from the airport includes a stop at the train terminal that is at the airport making it safe to get from downtown Boston to the motel in the dark. There is also a train stop that you can walk to in the daytime about 3/4 of a mile away which is very easy to access. There is beach access just beyond this train station as well, which we enjoyed. The breakfast was very good, and the lobby always has ice water, coffee, and hot tea available."

"It was a good hotel. There was a toilet issue. The water pressure was low and toilet took for ever to flush. Also I had to fix the toilet tank after each use because the water wouldn't stop running in the tank. Our room key stopped working. We couldn't access the building or our room due to technical issues. We had to have the front desk to let us in. There was a lack of electrical outlets to plug our devices. We had to unplug TV, lamps and etc.... in order to charge our phones and laptops. Not a bad hotel but some work needs to be done."
