The window/wall interface of the property facing outside, is not waterproof. It leaks rain water when it rains heavily. The cleanliness is good, and the shower power is good. If you have a car, the parking space is at the highest floor possible, so you would have to drive in circles upwards and downwards a long way. There are eating places very conveniently located nearby. The pool has a great view, and probably the best in Ipoh.
