「Excelente trato por el Personal」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「Hostess do her best to make us free of trouble . She gave us clear and in time direction about how to get the key , how to parking. Great breakfast and nice service. 」

「The Villa sea view rooms and patio give amazing views of the lake. It's about 10 to 15 min walk into town. Breakfast was alright. The rooms are a little warm and bathroom doors are glass, which we found odd. But we also traveled as a family with small children. Feels more like a couples place. But it was quiet at night and we enjoyed our stay.」

Sehr schade, dass das hoteleigene Restaurant noch geschlossen hatte, was leider auf der Webseite nicht angegezeigt wurde.Die Anfahrt zum Hotel führt durch eine sehr enge Gasse, etwas herausfordernd für grössere PKWs, sollte unbedingt berücksichtigt werden.」

We weren’t able to arrive on time for check-in, but they assisted us right away and provided clear instructions so we could complete the check-in smoothly, which we really appreciated. 「Die Unterkunft liegt in den Bergen, bis zum See runter sind es so ca. 15-20min. Straßen sind eng und steil aber mit jedem herkömmlichen PKW machbar. Parken am Hof ist auch kein Problem. Der Bauernhof bietet einen spektakulären Blick über ein Tal und Berge. Die Ferienwohnung sind rustikal aber liebevoll gestaltet. Der Zimmerservice kommt tgl. Und leistet gute Arbeit. Für Kinder hätten wir uns noch etwas mehr Beschädigungen gewünscht, einen Spielplatz oder Fläche um Ball zu spielen. Es gibt zwar...
