No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. 「We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was your typical continental selection—nothing fancy, but perfectly fine. I especially enjoyed having access to the pool. One thing to note is that the carpeted area around the pool tends to stay wet, which is understandable but something to be aware of. Unfortunately, the sauna was not working during our stay. It snowed while we were there, and the parking lot was cleared...
