「Our introduction was terrible, apparently Expedia had not put the reservation thru to the hotel. So ...even though I had proof of the confirmation on my phone they took about a 1/2 hour of our standing around to find some IT guy to straighten it all out and get us to our room. To be fair, on first glance the hotel is stunning. But the noise level at the mammoth bar i the lobby is annoying. 「Just seemed like the senior management made a decision to understaff the property this weekend. Elevator was down a full day but repaired in time for our departure. Parking is really expensive so just factor that into your decision. Disappointments, no hot tub or sauna, they wouldn't make/sell Starbucks coffee unless it was in the morning for breakfast. They have the equipment, but they refuse to use it when requested. Breakfast is not included. Menu options limited. Staffing at the bar didn't start until possibly 5pm, so you can't purchase anything until then. Water...
