"The neighborhood felt very safe and there was good food choices nearby. The overall stay at the hotel was decent but room service and customer service was horrible via text. They encourage texting as the best way to communicate but I never got a response and had to call the phone # listed on the front door. Day 2 our room codes stopped working. Luckily Bryan on the phone line was very helpful in getting us new codes. Evening of Day 2 we ran out of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in our room. I messaged them (and room service was scheduled to come that next day) no response. When we returned to the room after room service came, we had new towels and a made bed but still empty soap containers. There was nothing available in their essentials cabinet and we had to go out and buy what we needed. I never got a response from the text I sent about running out & never got a response from the text I sent asking for some sort of refund for our inconveniences."

"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The location was great and I had a great salad at the hotel restaurant. The hard part was that the hotel changed over from the Generator Hotel to the Rendale Hotel with new management during the weekend that I stayed there. There was confusion."
