"Staff were so kind, and the hotel was very easy to navigate! The pool wasn't open while we were there, so we missed all the outside amenities. Everything inside was lovely and clean. "

"I can only say, when I walked into the room I felt like I walked into a retreat spa getaway. Staff at Front desk was kind even though I was a late arrival. Parking was well lit and easy access."

"The staff was great, but the condition of the room was awful. They did make it right and comp the room so that was nice. They are redoing some of the floors so if you get one of those floors I'm sure it will be a much better experience than I had. The whole hotel looks like it's not been kept up. The wall are cracking, ceiling tiles falling in. Every where you looks something was falling apart or not kept up. It was also so hot everywhere. I asked for a fan, and they sent up one that had mystery splatter in the top , and the blades were covered in dust.The room was awful, the a carpet looked like a small murder happened. Big stain with little stains all around it. The sheets had stains, and the bathtub was so gross I had to put a towel down to even shower. I think once they redo it it will be worth the rates they charge. But for 200 dollars it was not worth it at all. I would definitely ask to be put in the floors that are redone if at all possible. "

"I love that its tucked away in a commercial area! So many eateries and places to shop in walking distance. Staff at check in was nice & quick. Room was clean and the stay was pleasant. Will be back when im in the area!"
