「We were locked out of the building until accessing email, photographing our licenses, and getting a password - late at night on a city street. The "room" was 2 floors with stairs to the sleeping area - not forewarned - one of us had a temporary walking disability at the time. There was no hot water. We checked out early.」

「Great location staff was excellent and very clean.」

「Great location」

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「浴室的抽風機很吵，門卡鑰匙屢次失靈。」

「It was clean and well maintained with plenty of storage space including court racks and a drawer which is rare these days」

「Best front desk agent, very nice and polite」
