「At first look the property seemed to be updated and clean, but once we got to our floor that impression changed quickly. The hall smelled musty and the carpets were stained. Once in the room, it carried the same theme. The room was musty and humid, the carpet was sticky, the bathroom was not the cleanest, empty body wash bottle (something you don't want to discover mid shower), and we couldn't even get proper bedding for the pull out sofa where my daughter slept. 「The staff here is amazing and beyond helpful. When the A/C was making a loud noise, they graciously moved us to another room. I love having a Starbucks inside the hotel. Convenient location for highway access.」

「The staff was excellent and the Hotel is located within most of the popular restaurants and entertainment in the downtown area. The Hotel is being renovated right now, but is expected to be completed by August. Even with the construction going on now the Hotel was still very clean and accommodating.」
