"Ice maker on our floor did not have scooper. Seemed like they were short staffed. During breakfast had to wait about 15 minutes for them to refill waffle machine and staffer seemed agitated when asked or reminded that the machine was out. They didn’t have any carts to help with loading bags and luggage. ..."
